Matson, Driscoll & Damico Becomes Sponsor for ABA TIPS Section

The forensic and investigative accounting firm of Matson, Driscoll & Damico will become sponsors for the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice (TIPS) Section, effective August 2007.

As a Section sponsor, MD&D’s goal will be to assist members of the Fidelity & Surety, Products, General Liability & Consumer Law, Toxic Torts & Environmental Law and Property as they develop and conduct relevant continuing education seminars and Section newsletters. MD&D also will offer research assistance on various forensic accounting matters.

Peter Bennett, of Portland, Maine, incoming Section Chair for TIPS, said,"TIPS is the Section of choice for attorneys who practice in the areas of law for which MD&D provides services. We have greatly enjoyed our previous relationship with MD&D and look forward to working together even more closely. Our goal is to create a relationship that benefits both MD&D and the members of TIPS."

Shannon Rusnak, Partner for MD&D’s Houston Office and the firm’s Director of Litigation Support, added,"After many years of participating as both panelists and meeting sponsors within TIPS, MD&D is very excited by the opportunity to more fully support this distinguished Section of the ABA."
